Overall the dealership service is great and I prefer to take my vehicles there. I do think the text update feature seems to be lacking in real time status information. It was faster to call for an update on my vehicle. I also think your coupons should include synthetic oil changes. Make sure a customer is aware of that fact also that it costs more and that they have this type of oil. Currently, there are no coupons for the synthetic products on the dealership flyers. I recommend adding that for newer vehicles asap. Its double a regular oil change. People will notice and shop around for savings. The staff is professional and helpful.

This car dealership has THE BEST service department in the area, which is why they have been THE ONLY place I’ve taken my 2008 Jeep Liberty for service all these years. And now I gladly take our recently purchased (from them) Grand Cherokee to them for service as well. They take care of you right!
